I will start by saying, two years after Megan and Alex’s wedding, we stayed with them in their New York City apartment with our three daughters. To say we love them is an understatement.

They had a private first look. There wasn’t an invitation suite. All the detail shots were not what excited Megan and Alex. They knew what was important to them. They showed up as themselves and never tried to be anything different. Our favorite type of day. Full of authentic moments and so so much love.

All the details are fun and beautiful. A dramatic first look is beautiful.

But give us a couple that knows what they want and shows up as themselves, trusting us completely- that blows everything else out of the water.
